Meet the Team: Lexi Hill

I’m a follower of Christ. I’m Deaf. I’m a daughter and a sister. I’m a native Texan living on the East Coast. I was born in Dallas, Texas then I grew up in Tyler, Texas. My parents just relocated to Richmond, Virginia an year ago. I’m currently a sophomore at Gallaudet University in Washington D.C., majoring in History with three minors in English, Education and Government. My primary career goals are to document and teach history--mainly the history of Deaf people all over the world aka the reasons I’m minoring in Education and Government. On the other hand, the reason I’m minoring in English is more to satisfy the creative side in me and to hone one of the talents that I believe God has given me. My favorite verse is a tie between Esther 4:14 and Psalms 46:10. But if I had to pick, it would be ““Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!”. Because He is so good to you and me.

“Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” - Psalms 46:10
